Terms, Conditions & Policies


By renting at Baffin Bay Escape, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and Policies
 

  • 2 night minimum
     

  • Check in 3:00 p.m. and Check out Noon

    CHECKOUT

    • Take trash out

    • Leave keys on kitchen bar

    • Make sure pier lights, appliances and water faucets are off

    • Place dishes in dishwasher add soap and start

    • Strip used beds and place sheets and pillowcases on top of bed 

    • Email any need repairs to info@baffinbayescape.com or leave note with keys

    • Baffin Bay Escape is only available to registered guests

    • No Parties

    • If you use the grill – please clean it after use

    • Televisions are not to be disconnected for game consoles or any other reason

    • Occupancy and use of Baffin Bay Escape is limited only to registered guests, no additional persons are allowed on property. The fishing pier, is the property of Baffin Bay Escape and only available to registered guests. No tents, temporary shelters or RVs are allowed to increase occupancy. 
       

  • 100% payment due at booking.  No refund  for cancellations within 14 days. 
     

  • Turn lights off on the pier when not in use

  • ​

  • $100 non-refundable pet fee due at booking if bringing pet. Pets crated in garage only & please clean up after.. Crates not provided.

  • ​

  • Bring dog dishes, do not use house dishes for pets.
     

  • Fish cleaning station provided at the pier so please do not clean inside the house or on Baffin Bay Escape property.
     

  • Do not store bait in the kitchen refrigerator- chest freezer in garage.
     

  • No smoking inside the house or garage – Butts need to be extinguished and disposed of in the cigarette butt stand provided outside. Please do not throw them on the ground.
     

  • Turn off appliances, lights and water faucets when not in use
     

  • Set A/C to cool and 78 in the summer and in the winter to heat and 68 before leaving.
     

  • Please leave wet and/or muddy clothing and shoes in garage or outside (washer and dryer provided in garage)
     

  • House towels are to remain in the house and not used for fishing or fishing clean up.

  • ​

  • No running on patio or front walkway. Saltillo tile is slippery when wet
     

  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the grounds and pier. Guests are responsible for bringing their own flotation devices.
     

  • Guests are responsible for payment of all damages. Your credit or debit card may be charged for all amounts incurred during your stay including charges for damage repairs.
     

  • Liability – This area has thorns, bites, stings, snakes so can be dangerous. Enjoy yourself but be cautious, S&J Escapes LLC assumes no responsibility for personal injuries or for loss to personal property.
     

  • Breach of policies – Breaching Baffin Bay Escape policies may result in being asked to leave the property and possibly additional charges for lost or damaged property. Guests asked to leave for breach of policy will not receive a refund for unused nights. S&J Escapes reserves the right to enter the house at any time.
     

  • Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
     

  • All prices are per night and are subject to change.
     

  • We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard.
     

  • All Rates are subject to a 13% tax
     

  • Weather is not an acceptable reason to cancel. Deposits will only be refunded for weather in the case of a hurricane or other life threatening event.
