This three (3) bedroom, 2 bath home is located on the Baffin Bay shoreline, a quick 20 minutes Southeast of Kingsville, Texas.  Baffin Bay Escape owned by Sheryl Unterbrink Theriot and Janice Dunn Bowen, is on 1.6 acres with 123 feet of water frontage and a private pier.  Satellite TV and wireless Internet are provided.
 

Accommodations for 8, the “Bayview” bedroom has 1 king a 1 twin XL bed.  This room has a 50” television and private bathroom.  The “Sandy Hook” bedroom has sleeping for 3 with a queen size and additional twin bed while the Land Cut bedroom contains 2twin xl beds and television.  Glass doors provide a view of the bay from the living/dining area.  This home has central air and heat with a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher and your choice of Mr. Coffee or Keurig coffee maker.  The kitchen and dining area open into a large living space with a 50” television.
 

The outdoor patio is the perfect place to watch the sunrise while sipping your morning coffee or when relaxing at the end of your day enjoying the cool breeze from the bay while cooking your catch or steaks on the 36” Cajun Grill.  Photographers and amateurs alike will not want to miss the colors in the sunrise and sunsets over the bay.
 

Baffin Bay Escape is less than 1 mile from Kaufer-Hubert Memorial park where you can launch your boat.  Meeting a guide? We have contact information for some of Baffin’s best.  Guides can pick you up at the pier right outside your back door.  Baffin Bay Escape is situated in the perfect spot for pier fishing as there are reefs resting about 150 yards from the shoreline.  This private pier will accommodate docking 2 boats and includes a cleaning station as well as 2 benches to relax while fishing under the 1500 watt lights or just enjoying the view. Fishing licenses are sold at Baffin Bay convenience store and are required whether fishing from a boat or pier.

 

An open shed is located on the property for covered parking and water hoses are on hand for rinsing the salt off before your drive home.

 

Baffin Bay is best known for fishing, but Baffin Bay Escape is a great place to stay for many occasions.   Photographers have captured a few amazing sunrises and sunsets over the bay as well as shots of rare and endangered species.  It is the perfect place while hunting, birding, to escape harsh winter weather or to lodge while working in the area. Peaceful mornings start here making it an ideal location to just get away from the fast- paced city or while visiting your South Texas family.
